Q. When will my monthly bill be mailed?
A. Bills typically arrive in the mail on the 1st day of each month.  They are due by the 10th of each month.  If the 10th falls on a day the office is closed (i.e. weekend, holiday) no late charges will be assessed until a full business day has passed.

Q. What is the late charge and when does it apply?
A. Bills are due by the 10th of each month.  If the 10th falls on a day the office is closed (i.e. weekend, holiday) no late charges will be assessed until a full business day has passed.  The late fee is 10% of the balance outstanding. Bills that are two months delinquent are assessed a $35.00 penalty fee after the 15th of the second month.

Q. Can I pay my bill in person at the office?
Yes. Payments are received in the office during normal business hours or in the after hours drop box. These bill payments may be made by Cash, Check or Money Order only. Please see our Service Hours page.

Q. Can I pay my water bill online?
A. Yes. Our official online payment company is Payclix. We only recommend paying online through Payclix.  Payment through other online companies may result in a significant delay (more info on this).  You can pay online through Payclix by Credit Card or eCheck. Q. Do fees apply if I pay online via Payclix?
A. Yes, there is a small service fee. The fee to pay by credit card is 2.99% of the transaction plus $0.79. The fee to pay by eCheck is $0.79 only.

Q. Is paying online via Payclix secure?
All Payclix transactions are securely processed using the latest industry technology and protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. You can feel confident that your individual information will be protected when you access your account and your financial information stays safe.

Q. What is an eCheck?
If you have a checking account, you can pay by eCheck using Payclix. An electronic check, or eCheck, is an electronic version of a paper check, used to process a payment online. To make a utility bill payment by eCheck, customers simply provide Payclix with their checking account and routing numbers. Upon payment acceptance by the utility company, Payclix debits the funds directly from the customer’s checking account and deposits the funds directly into the utility’s bank account.

Q. When are Payclix automatic payments processed?
If you sign-up for Payclix’s “Autopay” feature, your payment submission is automatically scheduled for payment on the due date set by your utility company. You have the option to set up your information that will generate an email reminder notice 2 days before your payment will be processed. Payments will be charged to the specified account at 12:01 am on the specified payment day.
